Univalor Announces Important Transaction with CogniSens
Montreal, November 17, 2015 – Univalor is pleased to announce the conclusion of a transaction with the Montreal-based company CogniSens whereby Univalor has transferred, in exchange for share capital, certain intellectual property assets used by CogniSens.
Jacques Simoneau, CEO of Univalor, said: “This transaction affirms our confidence in CogniSens and its management team, as well as in the quality and the potential of the products it commercializes. These products were developed based upon technologies resulting from research at the Université de Montréal. We have been in a partnership with CogniSens since 2008 and we are excited to be participating in this important stage in the company’s growth.”
